Gomukhasana, or cow face pose.

The crossed legs represent the mouth of the cow, while the raised arms represent the ears.

Mostly, the arms, thighs, hips, and shoulders benefit from this pose. Enhancing flexibility and releasing tension, it stretches the muscles in the chest and shoulders. It further loosens and releases stiffness in the hips by opening them up. To improve strength and stability, gomukhasana also works the muscles in the upper back and arms.

Benefits of Gomukhasan:
1. Sciatica Relief - Gomukhasana can provide relief from sciatica by stretching and releasing tension in the lower back, hips, and buttocks.
2. Tension Relief - Cow face pose, is also beneficial for relieving tension by stretching the shoulders, chest, and upper back.

A difficult version of both dhanurasana and chakrasana is called eka pada urdhva dhanurasana. The term is derived from the Sanskrit words eka, which means "one," pada, which means "foot," urdhva, which means "upward," dhanur, which means "bow," and asana, which means "pose."
Start with bridge posture to get into the stance. Next, tuck the right knee towards your chest and raise your right foot towards the sky. Proceed with the left leg.
The English term for the pose is one-legged wheel pose, or eka pada urdhva dhanurasana.
