Jingo, an 8-year-old German Shepherd, came in for his routine check-up. 🐾

An ultrasound revealed a large abdominal mass and an enlarged lymph node.
Tests suggested a Sertoli cell tumour.

Our surgical oncology team removed the intra-abdominal testicular mass and the affected lymph node. 💙
Jingo made a wonderful recovery post-surgery!

Final biopsy confirmed a seminoma with spread to the lymph node.

👉 This case highlights why routine check-ups are critical in older dogs — and why undescended testicles should be removed early to prevent cancer.
