Just got back from an unforgettable Europe trip with my parents 🇪🇺❤️ — a bucket list moment I’ll cherish forever!
Even on vacation, my lifestyle of mindful eating & fitness stayed with me 💪🥗. It wasn’t easy — oily, spicy tour food & limited control over meals — but I gave it my best! Some days I slipped 🍕🍟, some days I nailed it 💯.
People often say “Ahh, she’s a dietitian” when they see my plate — but for me, it’s about staying consistent, not perfect 🌱. Yes, I indulge, get lazy, and procrastinate too. But I always come back stronger.
