Garudasana (The Eagle pose)

Garuda, the eagle, represents strength, fierceness and clear vision. Similarly practising this pose requires strength, flexibility, endurance and most of all an unwavering concentration!

This pose helps the mind to become one-pointed as you get into the pose and hold it for long. Improves balance, stretches shoulders, upper back, and thighs, as it strengthens your core, thighs, legs, and ankles.
