2025 was an emotional roller coaster but I wouldn’t have it any other way❤️🧿

Top 3 learnings this year
- Man proposes, God disposes (Jo likha hota hai, woh milke hi rehta hai - use koi nai rok sakta)
- Work on developing your pre frontal cortex, half your issues will vanish
- Life will ALWAYS test you before you get what you’ve asked for. That test is where you’re moulded into the version who can actually hold that blessing better. When you’re going through the messy parts - remind yourself this instead of self pity!

Top three learnings
- Power of compounding applies to all aspects of life not just finance
- Work on developing your prefrontal cortex and half your problems will be solved
- Man proposes, God disposes!

Hair serums are useless if you aren’t nourishing your body from within!

1. Identify the actual problem and the root cause: Are your hair breaking or getting uprooted? Is it under nourishment, hormonal, stress or too many chemicals being used?

2. Get your vitals checked: B vitamins, D3, Iron, Zinc, Hormones could all affect hair loss

3. Protein is king: You cannot expect hair growth without including protein in your diet. Ensure each meal has atleast 20-25 gms of protein to start with. Think Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Tofu, Paneer, Sprouts, Legumes, Tempeh and Greek yogurt

4. Stress can ruin everything: You could eat all the right food, consume all supplements but if stress isn’t managed well, you WILL lose hair. That’s just how the body biologically responds to prolonged elevated cortisol levels. All organs vital for survival get priority, everything else (hair, skin, reproduction) are neglected.

5. Now use serums: When all of the above factors are practiced perfectly, a hair serum targeting your root cause can genuinely help.
