How do you carry yourself to elevate your own mindset? - (psychological facts no one will tell you)

➡️Smiling increases happiness. It releases mood-boosting chemicals and signals kindness.
➡️Paying attention builds harmony. Practicing active listening shows you value others.
➡️Acts of kindness release dopamine. Helping others gives a natural mood lift.
➡️Positive thinking changes brain wiring. Optimism leads to more motivation over time.
➡️Laughing strengthens relationships. Shared laughter bonds people deeply to create priceless memories.
➡️Living purposefully. Aligning values with actions generates fulfillment.
➡️Good posture. Standing up straight with shoulders back projects assurance and energy.
➡️Steady gait. Walking smoothly and evenly signals competence and control.
➡️Smiling eyes. A smile that reaches your eyes influences warmth and openness.
➡️Open gestures. Arms uncrossed and hands visible convey receptiveness. Approachable.

Just small adjustments to how you carry yourself to elevate your own mindset, you unconsciously create a radiant aura to lift those around you.

IF THE WORRY IS UNSOLVABLE, MANAGE YOUR EMOTIONS.

Sometimes you can’t solve a problem because either it’s not your problem (you are worried about your daughter’s failing marriage), it’s uncontrollable (you are worried whether it will rain during the picnic), or it can’t be resolved right away (you are worried about your factory closing in two years’ time).

When this happens focus on managing your own emotions using the following techniques:

1️⃣ Mindfulness: Because worrying is usually focused on what might happen in the future mindfulness keeps your attention in the present and thus worry-free.
2️⃣ Social support: Talking to friends about your worry can help as long as you don’t get stuck in shuffle mode where you replay over and over again your problem.
3️⃣ Exercise: This is one of the best ways I know of for burning off pent-up anxious feelings and for gaining perspective about a worry.
