Today I thought I'd try if my panini would make a meat pie, it turned out well

Panini:

•2 of my little eggs
•250 g mascarponea
•2 dl of the coat of arms
•2 rkl psylliumia
•2 tablespoons of baking powder
•0.5 tl of salt
•Minced beef and cauliflower mix:
•200 g jauhelihaa Cauliflower crust
•1 onion

Fillings: e.g. gummies, melted cheese, onions, sugar-free cucumber salad and mayonnaise.

Mix the dry ingredients of the panini together and the egg and mascarpone together. Combine the ingredients and mix well. Make oval pancakes for the pellet. Bake in 175 degree oven for 20 min.

While the pancakes are in the oven, fry minced meat, onion and cauliflower in butter.

Add filling to the pancakes, fold in half and put in the oven for about. 10 minutes.

Add meat and cheese if you want and finally roast on the sandwich grill for a while.

Add the other toppings and enjoy.💜🤩

KETO CARROT CAKE MUFFINS🧁🥕 delaostiaaaaa

💫You're going to mix it up:

-2 huevos
-1 small carrot grated well finished
-4 tablespoons of almond flour
-1 tsp coconut flour
-1 almond milk scoop
-1 cda baking powder
-1 cda de stevia (o a gusto)
- cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste

In a muffin pan it preheated to 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes For the fake frosting we use Greek yogurt!👀 . . . P. S. P. S. E. S. T

KETO Dessert Ideas🥧 Part 2

IANO-BAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE🍇

A simple recipe⬇️

THE INGREDIENTS👉🏻👈🏻

500g American blueberries 500 g of cottage cheese mass
250 ml cream 30%
150 g sugar free crystal jelly
4 scoops of erythritol
2 scoops of jelly

PREPARATION📝

1. Blend the blueberries, add a spoon of erythritol and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, dissolve 2 flat spoons of gelatin in 10 spoons of warm water. Remove the blueberries from the fire and add melted gelatin. Give it all away to thicken.

2. Dissolve 150 g of sugar-free crystal jelly in 2 cups of water. Leave it to cool down. 3. Pour the blueberry batter into the cheesecake dish. Blueberries will be the bottom of our pie. Place in the freezer for 30-40 min or in the fridge for 2 hours until it is well frozen.

3. Whip 30% cream in a bowl together with 3 tablespoons of erythritol.

4. Add the cottage cheese mass to the whipped cream and mix it all together. Add a studded jelly to the end. And mix it all up. Mass will become very scarce but don't worry.

5. Pour the created mass on the frozen bottom of blueberries. Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 2 hours and then place a few blueberries on top. Gently squeeze them into the white mass.

6. Put the cake in the fridge overnight.
