Anger one of the most common emotions, can be in bouts for a few or a constant company for many. We all know the effects of anger on the emotional well-being of not only ourselves but also on those around us.
But many times we fail to realise the effects of this very emotion on our health.
Being a pitta person may be one of the reasons for your 🔥 nature but it should not be the reason for your health complaints
Here listing some of the pitta pacifying tips to control your anger
1.Have fixed meal timings, do not ignore lunch
2.Include sweet fruits eg ripened mangoes, pomegranates , organic bananas in diet.
3.Can include amla murabba or amla candy, gulkand with meals
4.Go for evening walks
5.Pick up a hobby of your choice be it music, dance, art etc
6.Practice breathwork and mindfullness
7.Meditation helps tremendously.
