โŒMyth- it is harmful for gut
โœ…Fact- excessive overconsumption every day might have a negative effect on gut microbiome but moderate consumption does not have any side effect.

โŒMyth- Aspartame causes cancer
โœ…Fact- there is no such reliable meta-analysis which suggested that and even the quantity of aspartame in one coke is negligible

โŒMyth- Drinking diet coke will make you fat
โœ…Fact - No it does not, its a zero calorie drink, calorie surplus does!!

โŒMyth - Insulin response will be higher with diet coke so you will gain more fats
โœ…Fact - it's a zero calorie and zero sugar drink, it does have such effect and stop blaming insulin

๐Ÿ’ฏOne might not even need either of these if their food is sufficient and has it all.

Whey Protein - Required if you're not able to complete your protein intake through food

Fish oil - If you are not a fish lover, have it as it is a good source of EPA and DHA

Creatine Monohydrateโฃ - Cheap and good for strength gains
