World Diabetes Day - Every year on 14 November, World Diabetes Day has celebrated throughout the world and is a significant healthcare event. The celebration of the event emphasizes the importance of diabetes awareness and prevention, which will lead to the spread of awareness about preventive tips and diabetes and its effect on a person's well-being.

What is diabetes?
Diabetes occurs when your body can't consume sugar in its cells & use it for energy. As a result, your blood sugar gets too high. Diabetes can result in severe issues if it is not aware, such as damage to the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves of the body.

Types of Diabetes
There are a few different types of diabetes:
Type 1 - Your body's immune system attacks and destroys insulin-producing cells in the pancreas in diabetes, identifying an autoimmune disease. 10% of people become diabetes have Type 1.
Type 2 - In type 2 diabetes, the body's insulin is not activated accordingly by the body, so you lose weight over time. This form of diabetes affects most adults and accounts for 90% of all diabetes cases. It's possible to manage the condition & control it with appropriate diet, exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight. If your diet is ordinary and you don't exercise, you'll need diabetes medication or insulin therapy.

Gestational - In pregnancy, gestational diabetes causes high blood sugar. However, if you have gestational diabetes you are more likely to develop Type 2 diabetes in the future.

How to control diabetes?

➡️You habit nutrients in your diets, such as carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, and minerals. A nutrient is a chemical found in food that your body needs, including carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, and minerals.
➡️The nutrients in organic foods are usually more beneficial to health than those found in conventionally grown foods, & people with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives may experience fewer symptoms or even no symptoms when they choose organic foods.
