- Administration: Cefuroxime axetil tablets can be administered with or without food.
- Dosage: Dosage varies depending on the type and severity of the infection, as well as the patient's age and renal function.
- Contraindications: Cefuroxime axetil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cefuroxime axetil or other β-lactam antibacterial drugs.
- Adverse Reactions: Common side effects include diarrhea and nausea. Serious allergic reactions can occur.
