- We have conducted “Comprehensive Developmental School Counselling Program” in 2016. Through the presence of school counselors of various schools, we could reach approximately 75000 students in a day at once.
- We have conducted a workshop on “Developing activities based on age appropriated developmental benchmarks for group school counseling” in 2017. The workshop focused on understanding the psycho social development in students.
- Providing hands-on experience on developing protocols on issues faced by schools namely; “Suicide Prevention School Protocol”, “Anti Substance Abuse School Protocol”, “Responsible use Screen Time Protocol” and “Anti Bullying and Harassment School Protocol”
- Seminar conducted for various mental health professionals on “Substance Use &Youth Role of Mental Health Professionals in Primary Prevention” in year 2018
- Designing a comprehensive school counseling program curriculum called “Beautiful Minds” focusing on the mental well being of children
- Our career guidance program is adapted by Mahindra Group as “Mahindra Social Ambassador Program” to run in over 5000 schools across the nation from 2015 onwards.
- Conducted over 300 workshops across India for school students and youth
- We have been able to reach cross section of the society through partnerships with various NGO’s in metros and also rural areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Assam

· Dr. Ashish Deshpande, Psychiatrist
Dr. Deshpande finished his graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious King Edward Memorial College and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 1993-94. Since then he has been associated with diverse activities for school students, drug addicts and alcoholics, senior citizens and awareness of mental health in general. Dr. Deshpande has been invited as faculty at various conferences in India as well as aboard. He has written many articles pertaining to mental health in newspapers and magazines and voice my thoughts on TV news bulletins or shows. Dr. Deshpande has received multiple scholarships including ‘Indian Association of Retired Persons’ and Hinduja Foundation’s scholarship for active aging project; Ya.Di Phadke scholarship for understanding plight of elderly in unorganized sector. His passion for his work makes him travel all over India to educate patients and family members, inform journalist and others in position of influence to think about menace of alcohol and to teach budding health professionals.
