Early Life & Education: ------------------------------- Mr. Gaurav Kumar Singh was born in distt. Muzaffarnagar of UP, India, on 12 Jan 1996 in a Farmer Family, since childhood he is stubborn about his choice but due to financial condition he couldn't achieve what he wanted to do, he always dreamt of becoming engineer, he has completed schooling from Local English Medium schools and passed high school and secondary high school in UP Board only, since then he used work at computer hardware shop, because he has done some computer hardware certificate course when he was in Highschool, that time he used to earn 3k per month, and continued his struggle and admitted into College for Bachelors of Art while working on Data Entry Project of Census 2010-11. But destiny had planned something else for him, Mr. Singh met a friend during that period and his friend convinced him to do something else , and that was "Industrial Safety Management" Courses and get a job in abroad, after that Mr. Singh and his friend reached Udaipur, Rajasthan to visit the Pacific University for inquiry about courses, but he liked campus so much and took admission on same day, He has done Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety Management and passed out first class, after that he has never seen behind, today he is working as EHS & Training Manager in a MNC in Hyderabad, however he didn't go to abroad or we can say now he doesn't want to and now he no more has wish to become engineer, cause he work and train engineers. Mr. Singh has done several courses after that such as Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from Maharashtra Govt., Nebosh-IGC, UK, IOSH-MS,UK, WAHS & R and most importantly he is Scaffolding Competent Person from STI, USA. ...................................................................................................................................................... Work Experience: ------------------------ After completing B.Sc., he got a call from a company from Mumbai, he was all set to start his career in this Mumbai based firm, Mr. Singh reached Mumbai which is 'city of dreams' and Mr. Singh is also 'a person of dreams' both combined and made great chemistry together and he got settle there forever, after one month working in Mumbai Mr. Singh found his love of life Sunita, she was working in same firm as branch manager, they fall in love created a great love story forever, after few years he got a call from another company in Thane, outskirt of Mumbai, and he joined as Asst. Manager EHS & Training, Mr. Singh is good spokesperson and always ready to accept challenges, he joined there, that company was into Scaffolding and construction industry, Singh had a great experience there traveled around the India for giving training, site visits, project monitoring and Inspection, and after a year, there he got promoted as Manager HSE & Training, now he is a Leader of around 5 persons, but under him he trained and made his HSE team very strong up-to 25 persons were working under him, after 2.5 years, he got another call from MNC and who is a world leader in scaffolding and access system, he finished his notice period and joined the new MNC in Hyderabad, as Training & EHS Manager, from last 2 years he is working there. .................................................................................................................................................... Skills & Achievements: -------------------------------- Mr. Singh Has successfully demonstrated his skills in several core field of HSE such as - 1. Successfully completed around 120 batches of Scaffolding Erector, Supervisors, Inspectors training at Pan India basis. 2. Successfully completed projects of Major Shutdown at International Paper Mills, as HSE head with around 150 manpower. 3. Developed and Demonstrated Work at Height Rescue plan and procedure for major client such as Castrol India Ltd., 4. Successful completion of Major Shutdown at Nayara Energy with around 250 manpower at budget of 2.5cr in 2 months as Project Manager. 5. Successfully conducted around 50 batches of corporate training's for First aid & Fire Fighting. 6. Successfully given scaffolding third party training with 5* ratting to major clients in India such as Ultratech, Hindalco, Grasim, ACC, Ambuja, Dalmia IOCL, BPCL and many more.
