Are you really setting a boundary or doing it in the name of avoiding taking responsibility?

All thanks to the social media, that we have now understood well that having a ‘healthy boundary’ is quintessential. But it can also be a facade or an escape in the name of setting boundaries. This can do more damage than good.

Make sure you aren’t just following the trend of setting boundaries and forgetting that you probably need to take onus but your body is too scared to allow you and hence is making you set a boundary and run away rather than facing it.

How important is our brain 🧠. Now after years of research we now know it’s as important as our body 🧍🏻. So now, it’s also easier to understand that if we take care of bodies by having a regime, we must also have a regime for our brains.

Hence, I came up with a few MUST TO- DOs for our brain to be young, energetic & well functioning!

Many might think 🤔 that they will take their time to be completely healed only then will they attract a better relationship.

But that isn’t completely true! You could have progressed or must be on the way to progress📈. Either way, it would be imperative for you to involve yourself with a partner 👫🏻that helps you heal. That helps you take it further.

Because after all, HEALING IS A CONTINUED PROCESS.

Why 🤷🏻‍♀️ have a resolution?
Because it makes us feel responsible & motivated to act upon something that we have been meaning/ trying to do but haven’t!

But do know that the resolution/ goal that we are making are worth it.

If you are a therapist 👩🏻‍⚕️ it would be so often when you are asked by a known people if they can take therapy sessions with you. And you would have had to deny..❌

If you are lay person, you must have been denied by a therapist to take sessions because they are known to you in some way.

If you are wondering why does a often deny to take sessions for people whom they know in other walks of life; then this is the post for you!
