Curd is Healthy… But Only When Eaten the Right Way 🥣
Many people say, “I eat healthy, yet I still get acidity and gas.”
Sometimes the issue isn’t the food itself — it’s the food combinations.

According to Ayurveda, Viruddha Aahar (incompatible food combinations) can disturb digestion and create gut issues.
✔ Curd + Mishri (rock sugar) → Provides a cooling effect
✔ Curd + Amla powder → Helps balance excess Pitta
✔ Curd + Ghee → Supports digestion
⚠ Curd + Salt → Best avoided
⚠ Curd + Urad Dal (traditional dahi vada) → Heavy and not ideal for gut health

✅ If you want to make dahi vada, try using moong dal instead — it’s much lighter and easier to digest.
