Lately, I’ve been getting so many client complaints about reverse gas 😣
It often shows up as bloating, chest discomfort (that sometimes feels like a heart attack!), heavy palpitations, and even headaches 💥

The first thing — don’t panic.
Anxiety will only make the gas worse 😌

✨ Here’s a simple Ayurvedic remedy that works beautifully:
🫗 In 1 glass of water, add:
• ¼ tsp Hing (asafoetida)
• ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
• ½ tsp Black Salt
• ¼ tsp Dry Ginger (Saunth) Powder
➡️ Boil it until the water reduces to half
➡️ Strain and sip it warm immediately
➡️ You’ll notice the gas settling down quickly 🌿
