Our promises dignity, equality, and rights to everyone. This isn’t an abstract idea, it can show up in very real ways: In classrooms that are still learning how to include every child, in public spaces that need to become accessible and in communities where people are still fighting for their rightful place.

Access, education, and participation for all is about making our constitutional values visible in everyday life. Not just on paper, but in schools, streets, institutions, and homes.

On , let’s reflect on how far we’ve come, and how much more there is to do to ensure that rights are not conditional, and inclusion is not optional.

Barbie doll with autism..

Mattel Inc. is introducing a Barbie with autism as the newest member of its line intended to celebrate diversity, joining a collection that already includes Barbies with Down syndrome, a blind Barbie, a Barbie and a Ken with vitiligo, and other models the toymaker added to make its fashion dolls more inclusive.

Mattel said it developed the autistic doll over more than 18 months in partnership with the Autistic Self Advocacy Network, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights and better media representation of people with autism. The goal: to create a Barbie that reflected some of the ways autistic people may experience and process the world around them, according to a Mattel news release.

In keeping with the work focus of our NGO Trinayani, which is to support and highlight the issues faced by persons with different disabilities and encourage individuals with disabilities in making their mark, our founder trustee started the employing Blind Reflexology Massage therapists in 2011 in Mumbai.

In the last 15 years, the services of visually impaired therapists have been hired by many corporates, event organisers, individuals, malls, schools, etc.

ALL therapists have acquired training in acupressure and massage therapy either under the supervision of the or

We also urge corporate houses/event organisers and individuals to hire their services. *For outdoor events, they usually provide 15 minutes of relaxing and rejuvenating acupressure therapy,* especially benefiting the teeming workforce that spends time bending over the computer and otherwise. They are regulars at birthday parties, kitty parties, and other celebratory events, including melas and carnivals.

Support and hire their services, available in .

Our heartfelt gratitide to all who have supported us during all these years.

As we begin the new year, I’m sitting with a lot of gratitude and a quiet kind of excitement.
2025 was shaped by conversations, collaborations, and countless moments of learning together. It reminded me, again and again, that awareness isn’t a one-time thing, it’s something we live, practice, and carry forward.

From workshops to games, collaborations with partners like UNFPA and CKD, and conversations in classrooms and communities through “EnAble”, what stays with me is the people we meet, the questions they ask, and the little shifts that begin when we truly listen.

As we step into a new year, I carry both gratitude for everything behind us and hope for what lies ahead, hope for more listening, more learning, and more spaces where everyone belongs.

From all of us at ❤️

Here’s to continuing the journey, with care and curiosity!
