D4 D5 spinal cord injury
pt came to us after 2 yrs of injury
He was unable to sit without hand support ,poor trunk control , assistance to turn in bed ,needed assistance for sitting up in bed ,unable to stand and walk even with support .
Normally patients are told after a spinal cord injury max recovery happens within 15 months ….once the pt crosses that time frame they start to lose hope ….well after treating SCI pts for over 25 yrs I would say ….that’s where the MAGIC begins 😊😊
