Here is a small solution to your problem!
Boil 1 cup water and add in it a pinch oh hing (aesofoitida),black salt, black pepper powder, salt, haldi (turmeric) and sooth (dry ginger powder).
Pour it in a glass and add squeeze half a lemon!

5. Bajra (PEARL MILLET)
Loaded with richness of iron folate and B12
Has more of insoluble fiber and gives protein.
Raises hemoglobin, improves bone health.
Solves the problem of constipation.

How to consume?
Generally use bajra flour ad you can make a chapati, or mix with some crushed dal and add coriander and chilli or you can mix it with milk and make it sweet.

How to consume?
Consume 10-12 pieces. (Sauté in a pan with a pinch of turmeric, salt and ghee. Remember to give a slot in between as it can have insects inside.)
