It was a privilege for our leadership team to engage in the 'Transformational Leadership for Growth' programme at the beautiful Mahindra University campus, Hyderabad. Curated by the Mahindra University Centre for Executive Education (CEE), the two-day immersive workshop challenged us to shift from functional silos to an enterprise-wide mindset. Insightfully led by Prof. Ranganathan (Joyful Ranga), the sessions sparked deep reflection on ownership, strategic thinking, and translating intent into meaningful action.

On Republic Day, BB-ites came together for a day of sport, fun and camaraderie at the Bharat Bijlee Premier League. With 13 teams and over 140 participants, the tournament was buzzing with energy from start to finish. The matches kicked off with an inaugural ceremony led by chief guests Nitin Rathod, Aarti Madhankar and Himanshu Rathi followed by thrilling games and great sportsmanship all around.

Our annual R&R awards 'Bharat ke Ratn SuperStars' was held this week to celebrate exceptional achievers of FY 24-25. Executive Director, Shome Danani, set the tone for the event by sharing macroeconomic insights and our roadmap for a high-paced year ahead. Head of HR, Pravin Gharlute reflected on the theme ‘Superheroes’ expanding on what it means to be one in the corporate environment, and urged everyone to find their ‘North Star’.
