Nah Panchami Viddhi Vidhaan (Part-2)
Breath Awareness and Grounding:
* Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes gently.
* Bring your awareness to your breath. Observe the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
* Visualize roots extending from your base chakra, grounding you deeply into the earth. Feel a sense of stability and connection. This can symbolize the serpent’s connection to the earth and its hidden energies.
* Focus on Transformation and Renewal:
* Serpents shed their skin, symbolizing renewal and transformation. Reflect on areas in your life where you seek change or release.
* As you breathe in, imagine fresh energy entering your being. As you breathe out, visualize releasing old patterns, fears, or limitations.
* Affirm to yourself: “I am open to transformation and renewal. I release what no longer serves me.”
* Cultivating Wisdom and Inner Power:
* Serpents are often seen as guardians of ancient wisdom and primal energy (kundalini).
* Bring your awareness to your spine. Visualize a gentle, coiled energy at the base of your spine (symbolic of Kundalini).
* As you breathe, imagine this energy gently awakening, bringing a sense of inner strength, intuition, and wisdom. You don’t need to force or manipulate it, just acknowledge its presence.
* Gratitude and Protection:
* Bring to mind the protective aspects of serpents.
* Cultivate a feeling of gratitude for the unseen forces that protect and guide you.
* You can silently offer a mantra like…”Om Nagagya Namah:”(Salutations to the Divine Serpents)Or simply focus on the feeling of peace and Safety
