I am now a very proud “Q***r Afirmative Practioner “.
To create safe spaces for the LGBTQI individuals and community.To provide Q***r Friendly resources to aid in advocacy .
Mental Health is about inclusion and in today’s world the Q***r Lens is even more important than ever .

I’m Alaokika Motwane ,a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in this field .
My alumni is Mumbai University and Tata Institute Of Social Sciences (TISS)
I am trained and certified in REBT,CBT,Attachment Theory .
I specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with depression,anxiety,relationship challenges,pre marital and marital counselling,couples therapy ,individuals dealing with loss and grief,stress,navigating parental challenges.
I provide inclusive care for all sexual orientations and gender identities.
I will soon also be certified in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy also .
I offer both in person and online sessions to accommodate diverse needs.
My practice is located in Goa and Mumbai.

Done with my Level 1 training in Emotion Focussed Psychotherapy from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow .As a Psychologist/Psychotherapist it’s important to work on your craft and remain a student forever .I love my work and have so much passion for it .It pushes me to constantly learn and update myself on new therapeutic modalities .Will write more EFT in my other posts
