Emotions are literally stored in
your body--but not always in a physical sense,

Physically, our bodies mechanically react to certain
emotional patterns, locking us into contraction during
negative emotions. For example, a depressed
individual might subconsciously curve their torso,
resulting in that emotional state being "stored in the
muscles and tissues responsible for the postural
contraction.

But it goes deeper than that.

The human body has a measurable electromagnetic
field, and our emotions function as magnetic fields
within this system.

Because of fascia's body-wide connection and
semiconductive properties, it responds to these
magnetic fields. This is why fascia not only facilitates
communication but can also store information.
