From the very beginning, man has been attuned to evolve 'of nature' 'by nature' and 'for nature'. And mother earth has caressed mankind with organic life-supporting elements in abundance from the very first step. It's now time to give attention and give back to preserve the journey of life that travelled through deep space to reach the third stone from the sun. Our team, through our project – Cocoon – H**p & Organix, is glad to support the organic importance of natural eco-friendly elements in the form of organic matter available in nature. We gladly invite you to participate in the shift towards the organic era, that nurtures conscience leading to an unbounded potential of improving 'Life As One', meaning? Co-existence of man and nature in a progressive harmony of life. Like the purpose of the 'Light to the Star', 'Oasis amidst the Desert'. The idea, ‘Cocoon - H**p & Organix’ [clickable web link through bit.ly tool], started to progress in my mind during my trip to Pokhara, Nepal, branching my homeland, India. And, the trip progresses in me till date. Realising the importance of the essential organics and how nature and life-forms are co-related, I explored the trail to organic living sharing with like-minded community there, and now, we are the ‘Eco H**p Tribe’ [Facebook community page link here]. Organic Living is more of self-actualisation and self-realism bonding with natural elements from Mother Nature for a progressive growth. Having said that, also exploring the benefits of natural extracts coming from the organic matter, a gift from nature to us. There are over 3,000 products (food, construction, durables, textiles, clothing, etc.), but not limited to, that come out of h**p plant when it’s refined for various industrial applications (Industrial h**p) with mounted benefits and also it’s itself a great gift to us. H**p, as you may know, is the greatest plant with huge benefits together with its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral properties. But in today’s modern machine-made consumption era, it’s being layered under synthetics and naturally identical (but not natural) substances as more and more people follow the herd without actually knowing its consequences. This unawareness is the determining factor why people actually do not know what they are consuming and what it leads to. In this wake, our tribe now primarily focuses on building awareness related to organic living in the minds of the people. As you must know, it starts with a seed (the foundation) and experiencing the life inside this organic cocoon is a very comfortable and helpful transformation that can be shared with people with a nature-conscious outlook towards sustainable development. Botanically speaking, h**p - extracted from the plant is very basic and useful natural substance for producing organic products. Known for its anti-fungal, anti-germ properties, it has other benefits like maintaining body temperature and good for skin when worn as organic garments. It is one of the most domesticated plants known to mankind. In today's busy life, it is important than ever to adapt to healthy practices with the use of natural elements as much as possible, bearing in mind the safe utility of the life-oriented, organic substances enriching life to its natural potential. Having said that, the use of h**p in the modern world is diminishing and stands at minimal now, mainly due to more of synthetic consumables being available to meet the demand of more ignorant consumers, and also because of its oppression for mistaking its use for that of its cousin Ma*****na. But before this, industrial h**p was a major crop in the earlier industrial renaissance with its use to produce health foods, organic body care, clothing, construction materials, biofuels, you name it. And do you know? The U.S. was utilising industrial h**p from the very beginning of its foundations and even, its Declaration of Independence was inked on h**p paper. Over years, the industrial h**p utilisation has evolved into an even greater variety of products. H**p fibres are extracted from the h**p plant and mostly used for industrial purposes including paper, textiles, biodegradable plastics, construction, health food, fuel, etc. Also, as for clothing purposes, h**p fibres can be blended with other organic fibres of flax, cotton or silk to get a completely enhanced type of fabric which is easy on the skin, extremely durable and 100% recyclable, especially with bamboo fibres. These new techniques and innovations is the future but presently, their progress is somehow suppressed as there is a lack of awareness and hinge in the direction towards its potentials. Our team is fully focusing on the reincarnation of these organic and life-supporting sources in nature, with productive ways of re-introducing and reviving these natural substances to share a healthy lifestyle with all that is life.
