*What do you do?*
Answer - I'm a Mother.
Being a mother is so underrated in our society today.
So what else do you do?
No, Nothing else, I do this full time.
24/7. Even in my sleep.
With no pay , no holidays.
But what are the perks.?
A kiss from your child when she comes home from school. Her delight everyday when she sees you at the Bus stop. And then just starts talking 19 to a dozen about her day at school.
And just when you think you can switch off mentally to what she is saying.. she will ask you a pertinent question that you can't answer if you haven't been listening attentively.
And Of course being a Mother teaches you one very major important thing.. which I am sure all moms will agree to...
ie -- Patience... with a capital P.
To patiently answer all the 'Why' questions that my son has ever asked me. To the point of his seriousness.. that he used to feel it is so important, that he would come and wake me from my deep slumber and ask me
Why is the sky blue and not green.?
Of course , this definitely led me to have a vivid imagination.🤩
Being a mother is the only thing to do...
When you are not looking to do anything else.. it's one of the most fruitful and rewarding jobs in the world.
Of course in this world of materialism nowadays, this will have many connotations.
But this is my experience. I love every moment of being a Mom. And I wouldn't exchange that for anything else in the world.
Of course when kids grew, I found my second calling of life..
Being an Intuit, an Empath and an Energy healer, which are things or you can say gifts I was born with.. I am now a spiritual psychologist.
Helping people to connect with their truth, their inner divine self, the magic of creation and their greatest potential.
Both such amazing jobs.. which don't feel like work at all.
I'm so blessed.
