Displaying an amazing kriya that helps solve all digestive problems - Pawan Sodhan Kriya , it helps you to clean up your internal organs, improve digestion and cleanse your system.
Step 1 - place your palms below hips for support, inhale deeply as you raise both your legs to 60 degree angle , hold the pose with your breath held in for as long as you can.
Step 2 - exhale bringing your knees into your chest and hold the pose with your breath held out for as long as you can.
Step 3 - inhale again as in step 1 and hold the pose for as long as you can hold your breath in.
Step 4- exhale bring your legs down on the mat.
This exercise is excellent if done daily atleast 6-9 times and will help avoid gastric and bloating issues.
