This was my place of stay in Rishikesh. Looks like it was only meant for strong and adventurous people. Going down and coming up was like a task😀 and on top of various adventurous activities, it was a workout in itself.

As I don’t use sunscreen, I try to use various other holistic care to protect my skin as much as i can naturally. And these actions are taken only during strong sun i.e. 9 am onwards till 4 pm. Before and after that, I prefer to get sun as frequently I can. This was before going for river rafting. I had already used castor oil on the face as it was really cold and i wanted something thick. On top of that, i applied aloe vera to support and protect my skin’s barrier during outdoor exposure — and I stay mindful of sun safety.

Try this and you will@experience the coolness throughout and even after your activity.

I don’t use Sunscreen but then try natural protection as much as i can when i have to step out for long in the sun. This is also one of the practices. Guess what it is?
