I had posted a video similar to this sometime back in which i had used a cooker filled with 3/4 water on high flame to ease back pain. Well! this is an integral part of Naturopathy which i use extensively as a part of therapy.

However, the best part of the last post was, however, I came to know that a proper steamer exists and which is used frequently and safely for this purpose.
Well! I did that this time during our last retreat INWARD JOURNEY at Karjat and was really amazed at the ease and force of steam. Thank you .co for this beautiful and easy to handle steamer which was also highly effective in treating the pain.
