A nutritionist by profession, a well-wisher by heart, my aim is to ensure the best health for you. With a 5-year educational qualification in Nutrition from well known universities of Mumbai & Baroda, and 10+ years of work experience under eminent nutritionists, I have a deep understanding of both Modern Nutrition Science and Traditional Food Wisdom. By blending these two approaches, I am able to design sustainable and effective diet plans that truly improve your health. I have had the opportunity to work with a vast number of clients, local and international, from all walks of life like businessmen, movie artists, students, athletes, homemakers, elderly and even critically ill patients. My expertise covers various health conditions such as Thyroid, PCOD, Diabetes, Heart diseases, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Pregnancy, Post-delivery care and Cancer. Being an ardent follower of Iyengar yoga, I have seen the benefits of yoga, gym and good food habits upon myself. In a season when vegetables become scarce, pulses come to the rescue. Pulses are like vegetables with proteins, ie, have the same kind of micronutrients as vegetables, plus proteins.

Sprouting pulses make them even richer in nutrients -
📌 Increases the Vit B12 content of the pulse.
📌 Breaks down complex proteins to simpler, easy to digest form.

I’ve met and worked with many kids, but this little one truly stood out. It’s rare to come across children like Shiv these days.

He loves to crawl and flexes it like a superpower. He enjoys listening to rhymes, beams when his Ammaa lovingly feeds him banana porridge, and bursts into the most adorable laughter when his Achchaa lifts him. Not once in the four hours we spent together did he throw a tantrum.

Curious and honestly amazed, I asked his mother, “How did you achieve this?”

“We’ve kept him completely away from screens,” she said with calm conviction. “Yes, it takes time and patience. He constantly needs my attention. And sure, handing him a phone with a video would make things easier. But at what cost? As a pediatrician, I meet children and hear parents’ struggles every day. Shiv is so much less clingy, less cranky, eats well, doesn’t throw up, notices birds, doesn’t throw his toys, and even listens when we tell him not to touch a wire — all because his brain isn’t numbed by screen exposure.”

Until this moment, I had never seen the impact of a screen-free upbringing this closely. It was refreshing, and honestly, an eye-opener.
