This swelling is due to deep cavities in his milk teeth .
We always talk about how to prevent cavities, but there are still those who wait for the pain and then get the treatment done.
And there are some who just ignore the pain and discomfort as well because they are MILK TEETH.
Such situations don't arise suddenly. The child will always give u signs before it ends up till here. Either the dental condition was ignored, misdiagnosed, or not treated, the fault is of the caregiver.

We often hear from parents saying milk teeth are going to fall off, so there is no need for the treatment even though they are decayed.
Here presenting a case of a 4 year old who reported with pain in his front teeth . Root canal was suggested to him for his teeth. Patient did not come back for the treatment. Within a span of 10 days he got a swelling intraorally as well as extraorally .
Decay or infection of teeth do not wait even though it is in milk teeth. So do not wait until such complications arise.
