International YOGA DAY - 2015 Yoga means Indian Physical mental and Spiritual or discipline in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.

3) Jnana Yoga - the yoga of knowledge. The 193 - member United Nations General Assembly approved by consensus, a resolution establishing June 21st as "International Day of Yoga" by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
