Camel Back correction, so Round back is also called as. Camel back correction in Yoga asana, it can be corrected by doing regular Fish pose , cat and cow pose or by doing Downward Dog with belt .

Very good to open your shoulders, if your shoulders are tight then your middle back is tight that’s how it works.

If you are into a busy life style
Try doing this Few things

- Avoid Sugar after 5pm
- 30 min Walk after dinner
- Avoid cellphone 30min before sleeping.
- 10 surya namaskar before or After slower.

If you have time then start anything for 3 months
- Gym
- walk / Run
- Yoga
- Swim

For 3 month ,
New year is a New Start , New opportunity, New beginning & New you.

Be consistent for 3 month , don’t think of Any results. Just attendance for 3 month .

20 Days Hatha yoga
Open for All levels of students.
This is a Foundation class where we will pay attention on
- Balancing asanas
- Passive stretches
- Strength
- Pranayama
- Meditation.

It’s a beginners friendly Batch and open for all.

❤️ Evening Strength Training.
- 7pm to 8pm
One of the best batch which I’ll highly recommend if you feel you lack strength in your arms and core .
Very good class for yoga practitioners and yoga teachers which will help you to improve your yoga asana practice.

You will need 3kgs & 5kgs Dumbells for this class.

❤️ If you are new yoga teacher then I’ll suggest you can do 5pm class.

❤️ if you are Old yoga teacher ( means teaching and practising for more then 3 years then 9am & 12pm)

Bahut Mahent Karne se ho Jaata hey ,
Yes’s .

You work hand and luck will definitely follow you.
Someone told you from where you get so much energy from , we are seeing you from past so Many years you keep doing some or the other things , online classes , workshops , retreats and what not , don’t you get bored or tired .

My very simple answer was I have seen my house without food , i have seen my parents struggling to send us to school and pay our school and tuition fees . My mom has studied till 8th and dad till 10th , but their dream was to see us in college and do the graduation and for that both of them had struggle day in and out saving every 5 rupees .
As mentioned in my our post long back ,
Mom used to sell fish near a public toilet and that was very normal for her because to run the house and keep the show going on, and taking her out of that zone was difficult because she has never meet people who stays in building and now when she meet all the students she feels so happy and confident. So yaa no chance of getting bored, work hard and keep going on .when no one was there mom was always there to support me in my yoga journey and i feel very proud that our retreat opening was done by mom 😇✨
Basss God is very kind and all blessings of the students and team and my college friends 🫂
