The 'I' in 'We'

The 'I' in 'We' A workshop that unlocks the potential of relationships in your life conducted by professional psychologists. Our relationships are living and dynamic.

The 'I' in 'We', right from its design to execution has been an enriching experience. We are generally used to viewing our relationships as something outside us, something that happens to us from 'outside' our life and affects the course of our life. The 'life story work' that we three psychologists specialize in, brings to perspective the role of the 'I' in its entire beauty and shows us how easily we can take charge of our own life. It brings about the wisdom that our relationships in their entirety are 'within' us. Through this workshop, the participants get an opportunity to plot their own life story with the help of our guidelines. These guidelines hold enough therapeutic value and aspects that foster creativity. Our actions, feelings and thoughts all together give completion to our relationships. Our dreams, our hopes, our plans are all directing our relationships through which we finally achieve all the success that we do in our life. Unfortunately people pay attention to their relationships only when there is a problem. But in our workshop we also work on those relations that are very giving and enriching. We believe that life is a whole and so are we. There are many perspectives with which we work, to understand the quality of giving and taking in our relations. So what do we gain from all this process? We get a much better understanding of our own self, insights into enhancing our own productivity and creativity to create joy while living in our relationships. The workshop involves individual work which is meant for that individual participant only. It also involves group work under controlled guidelines. We also conduct movement work to deepen aspects of group dynamics and then art work that enhances our visualization process. Visualization is a very important tool to foster intuitiveness and the art of projection. All these tools along with a sound understanding that is provided through short lectures makes the experience very lively. Lastly, it is so important for us to acknowledge that we owe all our expertise in general psychotherapy or life-story work to this vast wisdom of anthroposophy that we have been training into since many many years. Here is what some of our participants had to say about the workshop -

>Got some perspective on my working style.
>'I' has widened to 'we'
>Released clogged pores. More realisation and acceptance, catharsis, and rejuvenation
>Liked the thought that relationships are a living entity.
