The biggest lie PCOS women are told?

β€œJust eat less and exercise more.”

If weight isn’t moving despite your efforts,
it’s not a discipline problem.

It’s a hormone problem.

PCOS weight gain is strongly influenced by:

β€’ Insulin resistance
β€’ Chronic stress (high cortisol)
β€’ Low muscle mass
β€’ Poor metabolic flexibility

If insulin remains elevated,
