Terrific Thursday! Getting back to exercising in the Postpartum phase should be gradual. Your goals now are to recover, heal, strengthen, repair, replenish. Making a baby is hard work. Your body has been transformed over while making your baby. It will need as much time if not more, to get back to where you started. Have patience, go slow, follow your own pace and not of others around you. At the same time don't find excuses to not take care of yourself and Exercise. Start a routine, 10 minutes each day. And gradually build it up. Those who are eager to loose weight, remember your body is in recovery mode and needs time. Eat nutritious foods, rest & breathe.

We enjoy singing to beautiful children's songs, simple stories, dancing, toys and sensory props as we learn Baby Signing together.

Wonderful Wednesday! Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. It will help you relax, provide oxygen to your baby and your body, expands your lungs, strengthens your abdominal muscles,
ups your energy level, calms you immediately. Practice breathing through out it will help tremendously in Pregnancy, during labor, birthing as well as in the postpartum phase. Start with observing your breath followed by deep breathing (as if filling a balloon with air).

Transformation Tuesday! Working on that core 💪 postpartum fitness aims at strengthening your body gradually. Core repair, back strengthening, pelvic floor muscle recovery should be your goals in the postpartum phase. Go slow. Work with your breath and connect it with your pelvic floor & core. You will see results slowly if you conduct yourself through the day with awareness.
