ABOUT INNER CHILD:

It can not be coincidental that most of us feel like we are stuck in life. We are struggling to find an answer that will set us free from our own limitations. The answer lies in the ‘essence of life’, an unseen force that is the core reason we set goals but fail to achieve them time after time. This essence of life is our Inner Child, a core foundational programme which impacts all our existence, our identity and our realities. This programme is housed in our subconscious mind.

We all have experienced certain unexplained blockages and unresolved patterns in our relationships, health, career, finance, love. We’ve also felt these when dealing with addictions and weight. This pattern repeats itself over and over again like its governed by some unknown principal within us. Our inner child is our foundational memory, on which our entire existence is built—in teenage, in childhood, in infancy, in the womb, and even before that! Your inner child is made up of multiple layers of experiential data, also called Karma. This foundational memory file, as I like to call it, is so strong that it operates and controls all the other departments of our life—our current existence and all that we call living experiences and realities. By living these realities we nurture these memories so they grow, expand and control more. So the ultimate governance is always going to lie with the inner child within us, which it is so essential to clean up the corrupt files and memories from it, so we only have inspirational data to use and create joyful relationships—with people, with money, with our bodies and our minds. In order to heal the present, we have to clean the past. Together, let’s clean the inner child and create loving, joyful realities
