How many negative things did you hear today?
I heard 24 things.
How many of them did I let affect me?
Zero.
Being spiritual doesn't mean that I am numb to everything, it just means that I am mindful of what I react to.
We’re not robots running on batteries. We sleep, eat, love, and feel, just like everyone else.
What we don’t do, though, is cling. Spirituality’s first rule, detachment, tells us to do otherwise.
It tells us to feel our feelings, but with consciousness.
Sit with your thoughts, speak with them, let them speak to you, tell you what they have to say, maybe spend a night at your home, then bid farewell, and move forward. That is spiritual detachment. And all it asks for is not to get ‘consumed’ by your emotions.
There’s a fine but vital line between being detached and being apathetic, and it’s important to understand the differences before forming your opinions. Never generalise your feelings, emotions or people.
In detachment, emotions and feelings are not suppressed but accepted and allowed to be processed and passed. Then cut cords with it and let God take care of it all. And atleast I've experienced that’s the essence of absolute peace and tranquillity in life. What would you like to detach from today? Stay Blessed 🌸 JAI BABA ❤️

It's always such a pleasure to spend time amidst your favourite people.
My favourite loved and respected Boss SG Subhash ji, Jackie Shroff, and all members of Whistling Woods International, our amazing singing sensation alumini Sai Godbole, along with the Yoga expert Hansaji, Sister Neerja, Sanjay bhai and group from the Brahmakumaris and the fantastic crowd of Children from different NGOs to celebrate International Yoga Day and World Music Day ❤️ Sorely missed my dearest Meghna and Rehana Didi... So grateful to be a part of the and family since 29 years with the superhit iconic film .
The Music School students rendered an amazing song and the Brahmakumaris group displayed a fun loving yoga choreography on popular numbers where all the children in the audience joined them. Such a heartful event with beautiful souls. Blessings to all 🌸👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼🎉 JAI BABA ❤️ ☀️

As a child, I believed everyone I loved would live forever. Didn’t we all? But then you grow up and start noticing things you never paid attention to. The soft wrinkles around your mother’s eyes, the slow bend in your grandmother’s spine, the way your father squints at the newspaper.
Time whispers, not to scare us, but to prepare us. When loss eventually arrives - we often don’t know what to do with the ache. But each time, I felt the same truth return: "The connection does not end. It only changes form."
In the depths of grief, I’ve found the beginnings of healing by transforming the pain into purpose.
I’ve learned to turn grief into gentle action by creating something new, starting something meaningful, or simply showing up with more love than before. A way to say: Your love still moves through me.
Somewhere along the way, I began to integrate their essence, their grace, their laughter, and their courage into my own being by honouring and allowing it to expand into who I am becoming.
If you’re walking through grief, know that it’s okay to feel it all. To pause, rage or whisper to the stars. And when you’re ready, you can also alchemise it into something deeply beautiful, just as I did in honor of a dearly loved and respected father figure dearest Murthy Uncle, who moved on early this year in March 2025.
I established a Meher Baba Murthy Uncle Ed. Sponsorship through my registered Trust, FOUNDATION, to turn his memory into a lasting gift for others.
From April 2025 until now, we have supported with decent amount of sponsorships between deserving students. The latest one is Ish*ta Yadav, a young bright girl whose breadwinner father got paralysis and was on the verge of dropping out of college due to no income in the family.
For me, Murthy Uncle’s purpose of doing good culminates in this living tribute, a cherished legacy I carry with me, and will live on in each child this scholarship supports and uplifts. In His Love 💞 JAI BABA 🙏🏼 Stay Blessed ☀️
