✨Over-indulged at last night’s Diwali party? Here’s your post-festive reset in a cup (or two) 💫
🥛 Masala Buttermilk (for instant cooling + debloating)
Curd – 2 tbsp
Water – ¾ glass
Pinch grated ginger
Fresh coriander, curry leaves & mint paste
Jeera powder – ¼ tsp
Saunf powder – pinch
Hing – pinch
Black salt – to taste
→ Blend it all together and sip chilled!
🍋 Ginger Lemon Tea (for digestion + detox)
Boil 1¼ glass water with a small piece grated ginger, ¼ tsp jeera, ajwain & saunf.
Boil 3–4 mins, strain, squeeze ½ lemon, sip warm — best post-meals!
