How to gain graceful ageing
Remain active, mentally,physically ,spiritually,with positive attitude.
Do meditation, exercises to keep mind and body ever young,read,do quiz questions,solve riddles etc ,we get concentration and brain works,there by whole body and mind get activated.
Keep good social curt,to share our thoughts, problems, happiness,sorrow make trips
Never think if chronological ageing,think biological age
