With a fervent love for junk food and always careless about her weight she realised that she needed to take her health and body much more seriously.....while she was determined to prove naysayers wrong .she realised to prove the truest way to lose weight in a healthy and happy manner is to do so in a holistic manner without strict rules ...
She followed a Good diet
Workout religiously
And now SHE FEELS LOW WHEN SHE DOESN'T EXERCISE
