Sharing a case where in a remarkable change in facial appearance of patient is created by cosmetic dental treatment.
36 year old patient reported at DR TEETH clinic with congenitally missing lateral incisors and a small supernumery tooth mesiodens hence huge gaps in front teeth causing unpleasant appearance . Case was particularly more difficult as patient has limited mouth opening of two fingers due to grade 2 osmf.
Case was planned and executed with modest pfm crowns and patient's look is pleasantly changed and finally a very happy patient and the doctor!
