Chitra Kaul has been highly intuitive since childhood and utilizes this gift while guiding people. She is a healer and started on this journey in 1997 with Reiki. She became aware of Rebirthing Breathwork in a dream in 2000 when she had a severe spine (neural) problem and was bedridden. She has trained directly under Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork, and has been teaching Rebirthi

ng Breathwork since 2000. She teaches Guided Meditations, Rebirthing and also creates special meditations depending on the need and requirements of each individual. She was blessed with the Healing Energy on Full Moon Night of October 2016. She combines this with another healing technique that was revealed to her in a dream and other healing meditations. The true purpose of her life is to help and guide people in healing themselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually and having a connection with the Source / Universe.

Simply my thoughts…

Is our Happiness dependent on others?

We all want to be ‘financially independent” but what about being “emotionally independent”?

What makes us so dependent on others for happiness? Why do we constantly look for other people’s approval to feel happy? We receive a compliment and we feel happy and the moment someone ignores us we feel unhappy / unwanted! Does our happiness depend on us or on someone else?

As a social being we all require support and care. It is healthy when we utilize that to nurture ourselves but there has to be a balance. Other people can make us happy but we should not depend on them for our happiness.

We need to do some inner questioning. We have to create our own source of Happiness. We do not need a reason to be happy.

What is happiness? I am sure every one of us would have a different answer to this!

Happiness comes from love and when we love ourselves completely we become self reliant. Accepting ourselves the way we are helps. The root of happiness is Love.

Absence of love is fear and fear makes us look for approvals. The moment we hear a compliment we feel good / accepted / loved.

Where does fear originates from? Conception trauma / birth trauma can be one of the root causes of fear. All our insecurities stem up from Fear! Fear is the root of many of the emotions like sadness, feeling unwanted, low self esteem and self worth….etc. etc.

When we understand that and work on ourselves to release these traumas from our cellular memory not only we heal ourselves but we fill ourselves with love. When we find ourselves to be the source of love we feel happy and joyful. It transforms our state of being and our relationships.

As a Rebirthing Breathwork teacher, I have noticed many times people trying to control the breath and I always tell them to relax and let go.

What makes them control the breath?! Fear... yes, fear makes people hold on. It can be the fear of feeling the emotions and feelings, losing control, death, letting go etc. etc...

When we try to control anything the situation becomes worse and that makes us feel more out of control and fearful. This stresses our mind and body and as a result, one becomes more agitated and angry! It keeps adding and our body starts aching and paining and it goes on and on till the time we learn to relax and let go!

Healing can only happen when the body is relaxed and relaxation only happens when we let go and trust Life / Universe.

Nature helps in relaxing the body. Laugh more...doesn't the saying goes, "laughter is the best medicine". It helps in releasing the blocks. And Love, pure unconditional love...it heals.

So Trust the Universe and take a deep long breath, exhale and relax and let the healing happen.
