Challenges and problems are part of life; accept and overcome it to feel the euphoria of success.

Change the vision of looking at the problems. Rather than considering problems as stop signs, take them as guidelines to follow and overcome it.

Life always bestow us with ample of opportunities to grow strong. Stronger you will help you make the stronger decisions in life.

Do not fear DARKNESS!!!

Let the rejection break your heart, let the failure fade your hope, let the struggle stop you to chase your dream. Lets accept all the realities of life which makes you a vulnerable person.

At the end...

Do not forget we all have the power to invade the darkness with our light. Let the light in you glorify your existence.

Light the hope, light the dreams, light your heart, mind and soul to such an extent that there will be no place for darkness!!!

Keep shining. The world needs your light ❤❤

First Marathon is indeed special!!! It's a journey from being usual to the unusual.

Completed Lions Club of Navi Mumbai, Vashi's 10KM run on 15th Dec, 2019. It was definitely the fearsome and fascinating experience.

The only reason behind writing this is the experience which is worth sharing.

We are definitely not the best advisor; but we are just like you who faced a couple of challenges while chasing the 10KM run today!!! So here are few tips :-

1) Better to start with short runs (3KM or 5KM) if running is not your forte. Today we continously had this feeling as the runway was so long and deep, we happened to build the uncertainities of even completing the run. Keep yourself motivated all the time.

2) Not at all advisable to even think of hitting the ground without practice. You might end up getting injured (muscle pain, muscle pull, ankle sprain, swelling, etc). This pain would ultimately kill the desire of running. If you are complete newbie, start practicing for the 5-10KM run atleast 2-3 weeks before the event. As we included running and cycling activities in our day-to-day fitness routine, we didn't face these challenge.

3) Keeping the same pace is really important if one has to last long in the run. Don't slow down or pick up the speed in between. Just keep going.

4) Watch YouTube videos for the correct posture of running. As breathing is really important and wrong posture might block the oxygen supply to the vital organs thereby affecting it's normal functioning.

5) Keep body hydrated throughout the run. Small sips at regular intervals. Have salt, lemon, coconut water (electrolytes) after run to avoid weakness and muscle cramps.

Rest everything is manageable!

Your fitness is your responsibility; so own it completely.

Mountain pose depicting the secrets of life one should need to learn.
Some things might take time, might seems hard, but if we just hold on long enough we will find the strength to rise up.
Sometimes you face difficulties not because you're doing something wrong but because you're doing something right; just like climbing mountains which are indeed difficult but it teaches you life's biggest secret of NOT GIVING UP!!!
Let's turn all difficulties to opportunities because nothing is more important than LIVING A LIFE!!!

Associate with those who help you believe in yourself; just like in this pose where we helped each other to have complete belief in ourselves that we can hold this posture!!!
Bond we share is indeed special and by each passing day it is getting even more stronger!!!
We start our mornings together; running, walking, cycling, doing yoga, discussing things; ultimately having a great start to our day!!!
There are no limits to accomplishments; except for the one which we ourselves place on our thinking...

Our bodies are completely different from each other with different set of capabilities to hold any posture, but each day we push each other little harder to try something new. It's greatest accomplishment for us when something seemed to be so challenging has been done with great ease!!!
Everyone wants a perfect picture at the end, but even perfection needs to be build with little efforts and patience...
It's really important to always be surrounded with the strong and positive people as they are the one who always help in lifting you up!!!
Motivate and support each and every soul in your life as you all are traversing the path of work in progress, so grow and build together.
