From coordinating logistics to HR operations, Sayali is adept at juggling with responsibilities. On paper, she’s Executive Assistant to the CEO, but if you ask the team what she does, you might get a different answer every time! With experience in implementing PMMSY, she brings key management capabilities which has helped us conquer new frontiers. Her excellent culinary skills always brighten up lunch hour, and we're always looking forward to her experiments in this domain!

We hope to unlock new possibilities together. Pleasure to have you on board, Sayali!

Introducing our team!

Ms. Shelina Shaji, our resident Keralite, is a Product Management Trainee at Corel. Armed with a Masters in Fisheries science, she knows every product inside out and is always happy to explain. From managing products to marketing them and conducting trials, her work is as diverse as her linguistic capabilities. (not too many other Malayalam x Gujarati speakers out there, are there?)

When she’s not working, you can catch her reminiscing about life back in Kerala and occasionally pondering about her PhD. She’s been a great addition to our team, and we look forward to her succeeding and accomplishing new milestones!

Kicking off at Corel!

The announcement of the hashtag have left us all in a bit of a shock. With the aquaculture industry expected to be hit hard by it, we, as Indians, have a duty to support it. In line with our calls to increase domestic consumption, we are starting our own little initiative - !

Every wednesday at all Corel premises, we’ll be making shrimp! Its a community effort – every employee participates. It might be a teeny-tiny contribution, but the message is what matters more – external forces can’t determine the success of our industry. Only WE can.

So join hands and start eating more shrimp! It’s the tastiest opportunity you’ll get to make a difference. 😉

𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 (𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓): 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔

Around two weeks ago, we organised two farmer conclaves that exceeded all our expectations – in both turnout and impact.

For a while, we had been dwelling on the thought of planning a farmer meet-up. It would help us connect with them and expand the reach of our solutions. But we were hesitant – what if they don’t turn up? What if they don’t like our presentations?

But with a desire to quell these doubts, we organised not one, but two farmer meetups. And aren’t we glad we did!

Farmers turned out in huge numbers, filling out the halls and then some! They participated with enthusiasm, listening attentively and asking questions without hesitation. Many of them followed up after the events concluded, showing their interest in our solutions.

The conclaves were a truly satisfying experience for all of us. It showed the power of reaching out to farmers, who reciprocated our efforts with great enthusiasm. It has inspired us to pursue our mission of by making innovation affordable with greater vigor. Together, we will revolutionise Indian aquaculture!

We are happy to announce that the Farmers Conclave we hosted in partnership with RYNAN Smart Aquaculture was a resounding success! 🎊

Over the course of a power-packed 3-hour session, we witnessed an extraordinary turnout of passionate farmers, eager to learn about Corel and Rynan’s innovations that strike at the heart of pressing aquaculture problems.

In his energetic address, Abhijeet Naohate explained Corel’s innovative approach to everyday issues faced by farmers. Dang Pham, Global Aquaculture Director, Rynan Aquaculture, showcased their cutting-edge aqua-tech which can help farmers maximise output and efficiency.

Farmers listened attentively to their speeches, taking notes and posing queries too. Seeing the overwhelming response, we're eager to help farmers take the next step forward.

We’re back with another episode of FishWise!
