"On this World Meditation Day, we reflect on the profound wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, where he teaches us the transformative power of meditation. In Sutra 1.2, Patanjali defines yoga as 'Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind' (Yogas chitta vritti nirodhah). This simple yet profound teaching invites us to quiet the mind and find inner stillness, where true peace and clarity reside. 🌿✨

In our busy, modern world, it can be easy to get lost in the constant noise and distractions. But through the practice of meditation, we create space for stillness and silence, allowing us to reconnect with our deepest self.
