Darpan, as the name goes is the ‘Mirror of MAHAIAPians’ which reflects the work done by MAHAIAP and its branches and also discovers hidden talents of fellow Paediatricians.

We are happy to share that Dr Kalkekar’s Cura advanced Cardiac & Child health Clinic took a pride to provide First Aid health Support to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Day and Night Football Tournament Football League 2022 held at NRI colony from 22nd April to 24th April 2022 . Sports gives Healthier Heart ,Reduces Stress and anxiety,improves Social Connection ,Teamwork skills,improves Sleep and mental Health ,Lowers Risk of Diabetes,Hypertension and obesity.To encourage importance of sports in life Dr Kalkekar’s cura clinic sponsored this event.
In this camp Free First aid Health Care was given to football injuries, sprain. Severe injuries and fractures were referred to higher centre. Awareness of Rabies vaccination, Annual Flu vaccination was done through informative leaflets ,videos and one to one discussion with parents . Free blood pressure screening, Free growth and development Assesment was done in which obesity cases detected and referred to pediatric centre .The involved cura staff was felicitated for their hard work with certificates of participation.Overall thrilling and exciting experience. 😁🎉🎉
