Eating Breakfast is the most underrated habit, a lot of people miss out on. If its hectic opt for a simple breakfast of

1) 3 Tbsp Oats + 50 ml milk + 1 date + 1 tbsp flax seeds - Soak this mixture overnight in fridge | Next day simply remove from refrigerator and add 1 sliced elaichi banana to it and enjoy it cold.

2) Another easy breakfast is simply eating 1 nice onion 3 tbsp Besan/Dal Cheela - very light on stomach and does not cause sugar spike keeping your gut and mind in check most of the time.

3) The easiest breakfast would be a 1 cup of Milk with 1 date + 6 almonds + 2 walnuts - quick with no hassle

Please remember to eat all the options in alternative days, repeating the same breakfast can be done when it is balanced throughout the day, and for that you would require a detailed & well-calculated diet plan. Save this post and like if you found this useful.

Make this January a month of change.

Here are the top 5 things you should be doing this month, to have an amazing body by the end of March.

1. Stick to 8000 Steps a day - Hit 8000 steps a day no matter where you are. This will be so good for your mind also for your physique. It can be exercise, HIIT, walking, dancing, zumba whatever suits you.

2. Stick to 4 outside meals - Focus on just 4 outside meals for the next 30 days. This will keep you happy and keep you away from any guilt, and in case you finish 4 meals within 2 weeks. Remember you need to be strict on yourself for the last 2 weeks. So be mindful, go moderate by eating once a week.

3. Eat 2 fruits a day - If at home, make sure you have weekly fruit groceries done. If travelling please do not shy away from carrying your fruits. This is the best way to not have any unhealthy cravings for the day.

4. Drink 4 L of water - Make a habit of drinking water. Buy a fancy new bottle if that can help you track your water. Please don't say I had 8 glasses of water, get a bottle that can give you an exact specific water intake of yours.

5. Cut all types of package food - I know it's hard. Start with bakery items and anything with added sugars. Replaces chips & biscuits with makhana/puffed rice/roasted chana/khakra etc. change will be uncomfortable initially later you see your clothes getting lose. You will be very happy.

Confused how to maintain a Post-diwali diet?

Note down Easy Tips ⭐ in your daily routine to reduce & improve your

1. Stick to eating Faral only at Breakfast that's before 10 am - avoid eating it throughout the day to avoid excessive food binge, also another practical tip if you really don't want to continue this better distribute to needy people instead of eating it just to finish it off👀✨

2. Start your normal breakfast again - Start preparing your daily breakfast options like
Dosa/Upma/Poha/Sandwich/omelette bread - this will help you cut down your faral eating 🥗

3. Include fruit & salad daily - Eating fruits twice a day will help your disturbed digestion get back to smooth bowel movements. 🍓
Papaya/Muskmelon - are best to be consumed around 11 AM to 12 PM
When I say salad - it does not mean a fancy salad ❌
I am referring to sliced cucumber or 🥕 carrot ✨ it's easy to carry in tiffin too.

4. Drink water, lemon water & buttermilk - Drinking enough water that is up to 3.5 L will curb most of your cravings, also incorporate lemon water & coconut water to increase your micronutrient intake💦
Including Buttermilk will help you control your inflamed gut health to calm down. ✨

5. Snacks around 4 to 5 pm - Consume 2 tbsp roasted chana + 1 cup Green tea for at least 2 weeks around 4 pm ⭐
Avoid tea consumption ❌ during this hour.

✅ Make sure you up for step count upto 10K steps even if you don't exercise

All of it will help you get back in the most easy and sustainable way.
