You can have whey protein it has no side effects unless you are lactose intolerant or on low protein diets(if you have disease like-kidney problems, etc).
Whey protein is extracted from natural milk source only. Milk is made up of two types of protein one is casein and other one is whey.
So this whey is extracted from the natural milk and through filtration and drying method (through scientific procedures, coagulation-centrifugal methods,) It is produced in powder form.

Just eat healthily, including lots of green vegetables, multivitamins, fruits, manage your weight, a good workout and have enough sleep to increase immunity.

In simple language, all the animals including humans are because of hormones. hormones play a very big role in deciding the structure of our body and chemical composition for example- a rat is a rat because of hormones and elephant, fox or lion all have different hormones so they have different size and muscle mass.
🔷An elephant is vegetarian he eats only plant food, eat less still It is so big whereas lion or fox are non- vegetarian eat more are still not bigger than elephant. The symbol of strength "The bull" is so muscular but it is also vegetarian. The reason is the only hormones. In the same way, males and females are different because of the difference in their hormones.
🔷Males have more muscles and females have more fat % naturally less muscle mass. This difference in these cases is all due to the proper production of their own hormones. Males have testosterone (hormone) levels make easy to gain muscles. And females are less likely to get muscular unless and until they inject artificial injections of testosterone hormones also called steroids.
🔷 The advertisement you have seen where female models with a bulkier already are due to the steroid medication in taking. In my opinion, for females weight training makes you curvaceous not bulky. Muscle gain is tougher than weight loss.
🔷If your aim is weight loss than weight lifting will only help you in maintaining your muscles and loose weight and Fat with proper diet. Because muscle gain have a totally different diet and story. Your favourite female models and actress have a beautiful body because of only weight training.
