Harmony Training & Counseling Center Harmony Training and Counselling Services offers Child and Parental Counselling ;IQ/Career Assessments ; Stress Management Programs in Marathi and English.

Harmony Centre was started in 1997 by Hemangi Kulkarni Naik. After a Masters degree in psychiatric social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences she joined the welfare department of Larsen and Toubro as a social counselor. There, she learnt how (sometimes along with medical help), individual and family counseling greatly helped employees and their families to face personal crises. May it be psychological illness, addictions, marital issues, violence and so on. Hence she thought of offering the same services in Navi Mumbai where she had come to live by then. Today, Harmony Centre has on its panel a team of experts. It also works with other associations / NGOs/ schools whenever required to spread awareness on child and family mental health. Services available- Premarital, Marital Counselling, Deaddiction Counselling, I.Q./Psycho-educational/ ADHD/Learning Disability/ Aptitude & Career Guidance, Remedial Education, Training Programs. Psychometric assessment done by qualified experts.

Harmony Center offers Career Guidance Program for students of 9th grade to 12th grade.
This is an exhaustive and scientific testing process. As a part of the process we assess students on the following parameters:
Aptitudes
Interests
Intelligence
Personality and
Study Skills
The first session i.e. the actual testing process takes around 4 1/2 hours. The second session is the career counseling session, along with the student and his / her parents. Information is also provided about courses, and various institutes and colleges.
