It’s very common for people to get distracted easily, forget things easily and not be able to concentrate on anything that easily. But if efforts are made you can improve on that note. Do these simple yogic practices everyday and see the difference.
1. Ek Pad Vrikshasana
It’s a balancing posture that greatly help in get that steadiness not just in your body but also in your mind. Thus it helps in improving your concentration.

2. Kapalabhati
It’s forceful exhalation in 1 breath. You can go for 80-100 strokes in one breath. 2-3 rounds. Kapalabhati help in reducing stress, giving good relief to all stress related diseases, reducing headache and thus improving your memory, concentration and focus.

3. Trataka
It’s one of the most powerful meditation to improve memory and concentration. This meditation improves your vision, reduces stress, improves sleep, brain functionality increases.
