We should stop expecting and explaining the right way of things to our children and subordinates, instead start accepting and utilizing their skills and support whichever way possible. Would give peace of mind. Because there isn't much you can achiev by putting yourself in agony all the time. Start thinking above the rest :)

Tougher life. People do not learn from past experiences that is so true. One tiny virus has changed the way of life and is not stopping.Death has become so acceptable and delivery of Healthcare by health workers so routine & usual and routine ever so thankless that even the satisfaction and feel good after saving lives in not as good. Hope to see some better days ahead.

Now the World is waiting for the 3rd wave and of course, some people in various parts of the world are experiencing it as well. We kind of are dealing with our problems as individual nations - not all are coming together to help each other . Even the medical fraternity is coming together to share experience and knowledge.SO much of the database and experience every hospital has gained during this pandemic, but very little is being published or shared. I am writing this because medical care can be delivered a little bit better if there is knowledge sharing even if it is not evidence-based. God bless the mankind.

I feel it is a breather we are going through..... Awaiting the 3rd wave is like......come and do what you want... We have seen what is possible... Death, agony, and struggle and feeling into living in an unknown environment...... No one knows what awaits us....

Wish no third wave... Enough damage has been done.

O god bless us all. Please put an end to our sufferings on earth.

Having worked full time during the pandemic in Covid ICU, many things have changed in my life. Have become less futuristic living a day to day life. Have understood or say have seen and experienced death very very closely and realised there isn't a dream worth fulfilling. If it has to happen it will.... Left things to Time. FEAR of impending death can be seen so vividly..... the most horrifying experience from this pandemic.

Wish this ends soon....

Healthcare will not be the same anymore. Sense of fear is amongst the present Doctors and a fear factor will keep many away from this field in the near future. Care giving would not be a sought over amongst the professional choices in future.

Difficult times for each and every human being on earth. Each and everyone is afraid of only one things! Coronavirus infection, what if I get it ? What happens to me ? This is the question haunting in every one's mind . Be it rich or the poor ,Doctor or a common man . An unknown undefined Fear had gripped the World, will take a long time to settle and come to" Normalcy " .
Till then we take this 2020 year as a bad dream and hope to wake up to new Sunny mornings in the coming months .
But these days when I open the window and see the birds and trees and Sparrows - wonder if they know what on earth is happening ?

Just Happy to be alive . Yes working in COVID ICU and treating them, seeing their agony, helpless in their eyes and death looming in the Intensive care , and every stare of the patient looking towards you is like please save me Doctor! And we have no clue . This is the the most painful time of my lifetime, not even the death of my mother was so painful , as it happened and the agony passed away with time . But this everyday affair of facing deaths in ICU , uncertainty, is keeping my wounds bleeding and I see there are no signs of respite in coming months. Wonder if God is there !

I think this is the toughest time for mankind. With so much happening on the phone and media and people are quarantined at home . And notably " Quarantine " is a great leveler, has not spared anyone weather it is CEO of a company or a politician, rich or poor , film star of a football player all are within the 4 walls and prying. I sincerely pray to the almighty to resolve this situation for mother earth. This virus has taught many lessons to the mankind...........

More stressful - yes medical practice in community is becoming a challenge. People are getting use to the mobile style of operations. Want everything fast on mobile and quick....
I am sure t1/2 life of Antibiotics needs to be reduced ....people have become impatient, impulsive , realizing lite that simple elevation of 2 degree of human temperature still remains an enigma for a Physican to treat on the Day 1 of meeting the patient t.. labs don't say anything, guess work does not work ...Google has 1000 answers ...a good Doctor has none ...😀 so teaching patients to be patient is an art and a special chapter in Hutchitsons needs to e added soon.

The older you grow the tougher the balance gets of pleasing people around you . The more you want things their way the more you need to bend and stay quite . But I have seen even this helps you build a better person within you . The more you accept , more the people accept you, Choosing not to ask for more accept life and do something new as mind pleasing as possible within the circle of life .Cheers

There are still many Physicians like me who do house calls or at least visit family and friends in case of need or Emergency . But down the lane we have learned to safely postpone our visits . Whenever I have done , I have regretted ...home you understand where is it coming from .My dear Doctor friends please visit your patients the same day , or it becomes a life time regrett and keeps you uneasy .... Just go and see ...the patient and the family ...Do good to them and to yourself

It is winter time and I see lot of youngsters inadequately dressed for this weather . They also argue that they are not feeling cold . Just to remind them that all the batteries and viruses are already within us living : and just waiting for us to get a little weak and they will attack us and we shall fall ill . This is host response , our immunity and strength ... so while dressing up in winters overdoing is BETTER than teasing your body . Please wear warm clothes . Be health and be safe .

Mobile phone de-addictions centers will flourish soon and would do good to people and Doctors .We should start writing programs books and papers and start holding workshops soon for getting people back to their lives . Nothing is more devastating that a talented person wasting time on mobile phones and youth exchanging fitness and health over mobile phone use . The effects are yet to show on our health and performance .

It is becoming very difficult for Doctors to keep pace with Social media.. no time ,and may be no skill as well. I am now getting lab reports sent regularly on WhatsApp which is a disaster and patient expecting answer / opinion which is worst and that too within minutes ……. we were never trained to interpret reports without the presence of the patient ! I am sure this is going to get worse . Tough being good all the time -takes my health and peace away .
