I choose compassion over criticism, speaking to my heart the way I would to someone I deeply love. I am learning to be gentle with myself, honoring my pace, my emotions, and my growth. Each breath reminds me that healing is not perfection, it is presence. Self-love is no longer an occasional act; it is my daily practice.
